Setting up a dedicated division to provide service support to Oman’s rapidly growing civil construction sector was a natural progression for Al Raid. The company owns and manages a number of prestigious commercial and real estate developments. Maintaining these high-value investments over the years has naturally led to the accumulation of in-house professional skills that Al Raid has successfully leveraged to secure a growing number of civil maintenance contracts over the years.

The division’s capabilities encompass the broad spectrum of building maintenance services including electrical, air-conditioning, piping, plumbing, and other civil works. In addition to maintaining the Group’s substantial commercial investments that includes the flagship Al Araimi Complex, the Division has also undertaken civil maintenance contracts for hospitals run by the Ministry of Health and projects of Oman Refineries & Petrochemicals Company (ORPC). Over time, the division is poised to evolve into a multi-disciplinary services provider with capabilities spanning the full range of civil maintenance functions.
